  7. sorry if this is completely off the topic, but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it anyways...

If you go see Twilight in the theaters right now, the theater will be almost empty. I went when I was in Winnipeg, and there was about 3 people per a row of seats. And this wasn't a very large theater.

Also - I love the song "Leave Out All The Rest" by Linkin Park. It's on the soundtrack and it's probably one of the best songs on there.

    Bye bye 4 now,

  13. These awesome ladies introduced me to the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare. If you are a fan of the Twilight series (which obviously you are if you're in this blog! haha) then I suggest these books as well. I really, really enjoyed them!!

Ok anymore suggestions from anyone??!!! I need to read something else... March is soooo far away! haha

  14. You could always try The House of Night series, the author is P.C. Cast. Not nearly as good as COB and COA, but a fun read nontheless.

Glad you liked those books Ginger.

  15. Ginger, what exactly are you looking for in a book? Just a fun easy read? Or do you prefer romance or more sci-fi? Or do you not care ;) We have tons of books we could recommend (some I still haven't gotten the other girls to read...) and they are fun. None as good as COB/COA/Twilight, though...

  16. I like the mix of sci-fi and romance. And definitely an easy read! haha I think I've seen the House of Night books while browsing amazon.

    I appreciate any suggestions!!

  17. I thought the Uglies series by Scott Westerfeld was fun, too, although they don't include any vampires :-/

Not sci-fi at all, but an incredibly easy read that always makes me laugh: Angus, Thongs, and Full-Frontal Snogging by Louise Rennison. It's a young adult series. Hilarious - kind of like teenage Bridget Jones.

And House of Night is a lot of fun. Alison had us read those - she has awesome suggestions.

For a vampire read, I also liked Blue Bloods, and I also liked Wicked Lovely, but that's more faeries than vampires.

  20. One more thing... has anyone read Tithe? looked kind of interesting. Its more about the faerie world though.

  21. Let us know what you think, Ginger!

I haven't read Tithe, but they come highly recommended to me. I want to read them soon.

    Alison, have you read them?

  22. nope, haven't read them. There is a reason why, but I couldn 't tell you what it is without them being in front of me.

I do like fairy books. I really enjoyed Wicked Lovely and Ink Exchange by (I believe) Melissa Marr.

I am currently (right now) reading an interesting one called "Betwixt" by tara bray smith.
The back of the book says that its a fantasy romance that twilight readers would love.

I find the book to be very interesting, but sofar there is not a lot of romance. I'm on page 300 of approx 500 if that gives you an idea. I do like it though. A lot of character and plot development.
