How Awesome Is This Cake?



My friend Christine made this Twilight cake for her daughter's birthday complete with the apple, rose petals, chess pieces and the sticker and button. I wonder if she'll take cake orders? ;)

    Wow, that is awesome.
    I also like that she had to take at least some interest in her daughter to make it, or at least look at the book covers ;)
    or maybe she is already a twilight fanatic? Either way, It looks great! I hope her daughter loved it.

    I wondered how many tweens would be having "twilight" themed birthdays now, haha.

    Not sure how the black icing would taste though, or look on your lips & teeth?! haha!

    SWEET!! I want one for my Birthday!! I'm turing 30 this year...maybe that would make more fun!! (my daughters think that even grown-ups have "themed" fun parties like kids do and keep saying I'm going to have a Twilight one!) Maybe its not such a bad idea...

    Ginger Black frosting isn't bad! it does make your teeth funny colors though!

    that looks good. too bad my parents think I'm "too old" for a big birthday party with a theme.

    Besides, I don't think it would still be good by the time it got to Canada. The icing would be all smushed up.
