Question of the Day

I've been thinking about New Moon lately- i tried to reread it a few weeks ago, but had to put it down again. Not because i don't like it, but because I got emmotional again with it! It's just ridiculous how i react to that book...

Anyways, I am happy to say that I am really looking forward to seeing Taylor Lautner and his full interpretation of Jacob in New Moon. So, this is my question (can you believe I am asking a Jacob question?):

What is your favorite personality trait that Jacob embodies? Do you think Taylor will bring this into the character or not?

12 enjoyed the bouquet.:

His warmth. Not just that hes like a million degrees, which I think would be nice, but he is just a warm, caring person.

But when I think of Jacob, what I really think of is his smile. To me its like a million watt smile that is the kind you can't not smile back to. the kind that brightens your day.

His easy going nature. Hes so comfortable around Bella and their best friends. They can talk about most anything and it just seems easy. How could you not fall in love with that?
I think Taylor will do a good job because whenever I see him smile and talk he just seems laied back and comfortable.

His annoying voice, haha.. j/k!

I can't wait to see his persistence with Bella. I mean how many times can a boy get rejected and keep getting back up and trying again, hoping that maybe THIS time Bella will change her mind.

I know one guy that got rejected some 3 times before the girl said yes. Then she broke up with him a week later.

I don't know how to answer the question though... can I answer all of the above?

I'm with Ginger; he has this boundless hope that's totally irresistible. I mean, I get that it's that trait that make so many people not like him ('cause he won't just let Bella and Edward's true love be) but I do. He's trying so hard . . . And he's right, if Edward didn't exist (Edward: "And I SHOULDN'T EXIST"; forget which book he said it in but he did) they would have ended up together.

Oh, and will Taylor bring it? Two words: He'd better.

So I was given a little surprise today...

I'm too scared to post it in here in fear that someone like SM will see it and report me, HAHA. But it's AWESOME!!! and if you want to see it for yourself, email me and I will pass it on:

Here's a hint: you will know EXACTLY what scenes they've kept from the book and which ones they have not!

I just love his "sunny-ness!" He's just so cute! I agree that after a point I find the resistance annoying. Still I fell in LOVE with him in BD, his humor and everything just brought so much to it!

As for Taylor bringing it to life! I felt he did a GREAT job in the first movie! I'm glad he's continuing the role cuz I think he can!

Ginger...I wanna know! My email is heatheryruth@yahoo.com!!

I like his authenticity. He is never not himself. Eddie keeps things so close to the vest sometimes and doesn't always let you in. Jake seems to always give it to you straight. I like that.

I really don't know.
I think, from what i've seen from Twilight, he has the smile down
I hope that he is... more natural.. than patterson
I hope he is jacob-like
I think that I am allowing myself to hope too much.. again
