well maybe it wasn't extended, but there was stuff from the link Jes gave earlier...
I like to think that Bella comments how Edward talks like he is from a different time to compensate for his bad accent.
I did see the preview. It was just OK.
Alison, I was going to say that about the accent earlier in a different post. It is like he has been around through a lot of different versions of the spoken word, so he speaks differently than a modern day American. That is how I am going to justify his accent if his Brit side comes in.
But nothing that I have seen yet has made me have any faith in KS as Bella. I just don't like her acting abilities. I want to, but I don't so far. It worries me that I won't be able to get past it and enjoy the movie.
The problem (at least to me) is that he isn't actually trying to show that his accent has changed over time. I think he's just bad at it.
However, I tune into True BLood every week, and it is one of the worst shows I have ever seen, yet I can't take my eyes off of it. So if Twilight isn't good, perhaps it will be amazingly bad?
as for the trailer, I was just thinking...I know that everyone thinks Rob is so hot, and he is, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have to style his hair to talk to me through my television.
So true, he looked like he just got out of bed. Not hot.
